Shipping policy

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the
shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends
and holidays. Although orders are typically processed within a 1-3 day time
frame, please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (i.e., if you
order on Monday, you can expect the order to be shipped by Friday at the
latest). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your
order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail.
Kindly note that your order could in some cases be delayed due to inaccurate
or incomplete address, or if there are unverified details with your order.
Therefore, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and
billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. For some shipping companies, it takes 1-4 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.NOTE: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.



INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Whether or not you will get charged additional money from the customs in your country is out of our control. When you order an item from our store, you acknowledge that there is a possibility of additional charges once the package reaches your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Furry.com, and thus cannot be refunded. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, please contact your country's customs office to learn more about the specific rules that apply to your location.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. There is a strict shipping schedule in place and therefore we will not always be able to make changes to the shipping address. If you decide to change your shipping information, please write to us at support@furry.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Therefore, please always double check the address you are entering before checking out, as olvys.com will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If your order is already being processed or has already shipped, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

By placing an order at olvys.com, you are responsible for the cost of return. Please refer to
